First, thanks to everyone who made the rounds of the 3rd Annual Cottage Charm Giveaway.  I hope you all had a ton of fun, found some new and interesting blogs AND made some new friends along the way.

And a huge thanks to Kim at Twice Remembered. It takes no small bit of time to organize this and keep up with participants links.

Second, I’m going to do a giveaway every month.  I’d like to say that this is my original idea, but it’s not.      I’m borrowing the idea from the lovely Karla at Karla’s Cottage.  Hope that’s okay, Karla!   There’s no telling what the giveaway might be … a remnant from the old eshop … a luscious ball of yarn … something I make from a luscious ball of yarn …. or a trinket I pick up along my travels.  You just never know!

Every comment, all month long, counts as an entry.  Also, take a look at the comments area of a post, you’ll see that ping backs get listed there, too. Those are links coming back from other people’s blogs — who talk and link about that certain post.  If you talk about someone else’s post on your blog, it’s nice (and good blogging manners) to link back to the original.  It’s a great way to continue discussions across the blogosphere.  So, I’m going to count those ping backs as entries, too.
