He Noticed
That means it’s bad — really, really bad. My husband usually doesn’t notice anything about the house … unless I move a piece of furniture directly in his normal path to the TV remote. But this weekend he remarked on all the clutter. He kinda whined about it, actually.
And it’s true. I admit that I’ve favored stocking my booth, designing and setting up this here blog that you’re reading … and working out a double-ended crochet pattern.
Double -ended crochet, if you’re unfamiliar, is done with a needle with a hook on both ends. Similar to afghan or Tunisian crochet, double-ended crochet creates a fabric with no wrong side — great for scarves or afghans or curtains … any project that will be seen from both sides.
It’s terribly fun and terribly addicting.
However, I really need to put down the hook and the mouse … and pick up the house
I’m taking the entire week to spring clean my house. See ya next Monday.

That is true around here too. When my husband notices something, it is only when he doesn’t like it!
