It’ll come. Be patient.
Just yesterday, old lady Kitty and I noticed that a few early birds were back - flitting about with twigs building nests. The snow accumulates today on this new nest and it’s builder must take a break.
The time between Christmas and spring can be a bit unpredictable in Colorado. A 70 degree day can be followed by a blizzard of epic proportions.
But it’s a lovely time for colorful daisy bouquets on the coffee table – and to pick up the needles for a few moments of knitting.
And watch the snow flakes pile up outside.
