PROGRESS

in Knitting

I’ve been neglecting all my blogs for weeks — getting a home ready for market is hard work with long hours, especially when your 1500 sq ft basement is nothing but a storage unit! LOL.
Anyway, here’s a few pictures of the progress I’m making on my afghan. I love this particular cable design because it’s reversible — looks good from both sides. I’ve made three wide panels and have decided to tweak it a bit and make five narrow — just the cable with a couple of stitches on each side.

Those five narrow panels will go in between and on the outside of the wide panels. Then, I plan on doing a border of some sort. Haven’t quite figured out what yet :)
After this, I think I’ll try socks. It’s time to graduate to something non-flat!
